Love & Boops: Robot Crochet Pattern

Love & Boops crochet pattern was created for the Baby Shower Blog Hop hosted by Ambassador Crochet in April 2023.

My Love & Boops pattern will be apart of another Blog Hop in February 2024 and be featured on 2/23/24! where you will be able to get the pdf from Ravelry or the e-pattern from Ribblr for 50% off!

The blog post here has the written instructions for the Love &Boops crochet pattern, the pdf has a few photos as well as a graph of the image to help those who are more visual when they follow patterns. There is also a YouTube tutorial embedded here to show how to do the color changes, If this video is helpful you can find more crochet tutorials on my YouTube channel. would love to have you stop by, check them out, and subscribe if you find the videos to be helpful.

Each day during the blog hop, a wonderful designer will have a turn being featured in which you will be able to get their featured pattern for 50% to 100% the original price. This is a great way to get introduced to some amazing designers and find out what your preferred pattern style is to follow. You can find the host and all the coupon codes in the Facebook group Crochet Designer Community.

Here are some great designers participating in this blog hop.

Here are the links to the pdf pattern on Ravelry and the interactive pattern on Ribblr.

To Make the Love & Boops Pillow you will need a few items and need to know a few abbreviations, if there are any abbreviations you do not know or any you need help with check out the abbreviations link, I am continuing to add more video tutorials to each abbreviation for your convenience.

for working through My Crafty Pursuit Patterns

Supplies:

Yarn:

Three to Six colors of acrylic worsted/Standard 4 weight

I used:

¹ Caron, Dazzleaire: Soft White– 85 yards

² Caron, One Pound: Gray – 10 yards

³ Red Heart, Super Saver: Black – 1 yard

⁴ Red Heart, Soft: lilac- 9 yards

⁵ Caron, Dazzleaire: Soft Pink – 6 yards

⁶Red Heart, Super Saver: variegated – 112 yards

Note: Dazzeaire is discontinued most places but other Caron & Red Heart yarns are suitable replacements

Crochet Hook:

G (4.00 mm) hook

Other Supplies:

Scissors, Tapestry needle, poly-fil (stuffing), Stitch marker(s), Measure tape,

Notes:

-It can be beneficial to look through entire pattern before starting.

-The pattern is written in standard US terminology and written working right-handed

- 2sc = increase stitch, if inc is easier for you to follow than 2sc you can make notes throughout the pattern before starting.

-Graph for this pattern is available in the PDF pattern that you can get on Raverly

-For CC work the sts around the non-working yarn, do not tie off a color until noted to cut and tie off.
